Kim is the best.
It is always a scary proposition buying a house when you are out of town. She is the most honest broker I have ever met. She gives very competent, sound advice.
She does what most brokers do and showed us houses, but what sets her apart is that she is proactive in getting all the inspections, appraisers, done, which is extremely valuable when you live out of town and want to buy a vacation beach house. We did most everything through email and text.
If you are buying a house in Florida and you are out of state, I would highly recommend Kim.

Kim did a great job of helping us to purchase a condo recently. Some negotiating was involved and she helped us purchase a great condo at a price which was very competitive.

She represented the buyer but treated us, the sellers, fairly and effieicently. We bought the house that she showed us. She was so good that we sent a client to her. She sold him a house also.
